Ravenwood is all set to exhibit at Foodex 2020. This year’s show will be Ravenwood’s 6th consecutive event to date with the unveiling of a totally new linerless machine and recently launched linerless label stacker.
The ‘leaders in linerless’ and x-ray inspection systems will display their latest machines for expanding their reach, in convincing audiences that linerless is the only eco-friendly replacement for traditional self-adhesive labels. For those considering consumer and brand protection, their VXR x-ray inspection system will demonstrate as to why this technology is fast becoming the food industry’s machine of choice, for safeguarding products.
Their very latest innovation is a much more flexible and carefully optimised version of their Nobac 500 linerless applicator. And that’s all Ravenwood are willing to reveal at this time with regards to its full functionality. All will be revealed at the show. The Nobac Stacker, which launched last year at Label Expo, will also be on demo. The Stacker cuts and stacks linerless labels in one smooth operation and offers the perfect solution for hand applying low-volume linerless labels.
Joining the two new technologies will be the VXR, x-ray inspection system. The VXR, boasts unrivalled end of line quality control and will be on demo, highlighting its vision, seal check and contaminant detection functionalities. And last but not certainly least, is the Com500. Ravenwood’s linerless converting equipment will be ‘running’ on their life-sized video wall. The Com500 converts reels of untreated labels into linerless labels. Linerless labels feature no backing paper. By eliminating this non-recyclable material, the benefits become all too apparent, ticking many boxes in terms of cost and sustainability.
If you are interested in any of Ravenwood’s technologies, you can find them in Hall 4, stand L160.
