Ravenwood is pleased to formally announce the appointment of Ian Towsey as the new APAC Operations Director.

Ian brings over 20 years of extensive experience in engineering within the food packaging industry. Prior to joining Ravenwood, Ian served as Director of T3 Engineering PTY Ltd, which has been a Service Repair Agent for Ravenwood since 2018. In this capacity, T3 Engineering provided comprehensive on-site technical support and electrical/mechanical repairs for all Ravenwood machinery in the field, including Nobac linerless applicators and VXR/Vision Inspection Systems. T3 supported these machines alongside broader engineering operations for other retailers in the APAC region.

With Ian at the helm, Ravenwood’s Asia Pacific division will benefit from his wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise. Supporting Ian, Lynda Towsey will oversee the coordination of machinery spares, service, and administrative functions to ensure seamless operations.

This leadership transition follows the departure of Sam Aloschi, the former APAC Managing Director, who has left Ravenwood to pursue new opportunities. Ravenwood would like to wish Sam every success for the future.

Under Ian Towsey’s leadership, Ravenwood remains committed to delivering exceptional service and support to its partners and clients throughout the APAC region. Ian will be contacting the APAC network of machinery distributors and printer partners to personally introduce himself and arrange meetings to ensure a smooth transition.
