The Nobac 5000A is the 9th addition to join the diverse and world-leading range of Ravenwood linerless applicators.
Building its core foundation on the Nobac 5000 linerless label applicator range the new automatic sleever is a customer optional addition that automates switching between products, pack sizes and label size, thanks to its motorised adjustment of top lay belts, infeed guides and height adjustment. Operators, factory management software and weigh-price labellers can select pre-programmed tray sizes to allow the machine to move automatically, to new positions, freeing up time for the operator to load labels.
Ravenwood has a diverse range of Nobac applicators, designed for maximum flexibility, for applying Ravenwood linerless labels. In addition to sleeving fixed-weight packs, these machines can link to weigh-scales from a range of manufacturers for variable-weight products, in addition to check-weighing. Labels are supplied in a range of weights and materials, including paper and polypropylene. All adhesives are optimised for individual products. Machine variants are dependent on product type and specification.
